Dean & Dyball was appointed to construct 17,000 sq ft workshops/offices for young enterprise and a further 7,000 sq ft of larger workshops for businesses wishing to expand. In turn Dean & Dyball awarded the contract for the steelwork to Shufflebottom to supply and erect Unit A which was 33 tons of hot rolled and 11 tons of cold rolled steel and Unit B was 17.5 tons of hot rolled and 64 tons of cold rolled.
